At UEA, we are proud to recognise important initiatives like R U OK? Day and MIC Fly the Flag Day. These events shine a spotlight on mental health in the workplace and highlight the importance of supporting our colleagues, friends, and family. This year, our team proudly flew the flag to demonstrate our commitment to Mates in Construction (MIC) and the mental wellbeing of everyone at UEA.
While these days are important for raising awareness, mental health is something we prioritise every day. Supporting others is not limited to awareness events. It is about creating a culture where everyone feels safe to speak up, seek help, and know that their wellbeing matters.
